Goat Commerce & Tech (“we”, “our”), developer of the My Digital Gift application, values the privacy of its users (“you”). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, in compliance with data protection laws.

To create and make available the digital gift, we collect the following types of data:

Identification and Contact Data: Full name and email. This data is required for issuing payments and sending access.

User Generated Content: Personal photos, text messages, commemorative dates, names of third parties (e.g., partner‘s name), and musical preferences (YouTube links).

Technical and Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, and access logs, collected for security and performance monitoring.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data for the following legal bases and purposes:

Contract Execution:

Create the personalized gift page.
Process the one-time service fee payment.
Store and host the provided photos and texts.

Legitimate Interest and Security:

Protection against fraud and spam using verification services (Captcha).
Sending transactional emails with access codes (Login).

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

For the application to function, we share strictly necessary data with the following partners:

Stripe / Mercado Pago: Payment processors. We share your data to process the financial transaction securely.

Supabase: Database and file storage provider. Your photos and gift information are hosted on secure servers.

Vercel: Application hosting platform and performance analysis.

Cloudflare (Turnstile): Security service to verify if the user is human.

Email Service: Used only to send your access code or purchase confirmations.

4. Storage and Retention

The data of your digital gift (photos and texts) will remain stored as long as the service is active or until you request deletion. Sensitive financial data (credit card) are not stored by us, being processed directly by the payment processor.

5. Your Rights

You can request at any time:

Access to the data we hold.
Permanent deletion of your photos and the created digital gift.
